100th deviation2 years ago i went to the library in minneapolis for a free showing of frankenstein, and went again for other related frankenstein movies. it was frankenstein month or something, and i met some lady and we talked and she asked me how many poems i had written because i mentioned i took poetry classes in minneapolis. i thought about it and said 300 some at that point, and though this is my 100th deviation, i wonder what number poem it is i've written. ive been in a serious slump for nearly a year and a half though and getting back into it, so i haven't been able to increase my total number a lot. i feel a wave coming on though, in life, so here's to hundreds more if writing will continue to serve me the way it does.
